You need to establish for yourself at least 3-4 absolutes in your life, be it meditation, exercise, eating healthy or anything that always makes you feel better.

Don't debate yourself. Simply give yourself permission and you will be amazing. Establish your routine and do not negotiate it with yourself! It's part of the way to building your life with awesomeness!
