I have a deep history of both procrastination and perfectionism and I sometimes found myself in analysis paralysis.
Do you know that moment when you really want to do something meaningful and do it really well? But can't seem to take action because you aren't actually feeling it?
Begin with taking action and then let the feeling take you down the avenue you are pursuing. Action builds dopamine and serotonine and these get us going. Move to groove! This provides a real direction where procrastination isn't there anymore.
